Mira's fitness journey began after an ACL injury in 2017, compounded by years of work-related stress and inactivity. While yoga helped her reconnect with her body, it was Pilates that truly transformed her physical alignment, range of motion, and strength. The low-impact, mindful movements of Pilates allowed Mira to build core strength and stability at her own pace, leading to significant physical and mental improvements. This progress has also enabled her to expand and challenge her fitness projects, including functional training, HIIT, bouldering, and hiking.Now a certified Pilates instructor, Mira combines her yoga background with Pilates principles to guide students toward improved posture, alignment, and body awareness. Her teaching emphasizes core strength, mindful movement, and a balanced mind-body connection. Mira is passionate about sharing her experience to help others achieve lasting results, fostering both physical resilience and mental clarity through intentional movement.
